American Horror Story- “Is it really all it’s cracked up to be?”

American Horror Story. We have all heard about this show at some point. Its popularity may root  from the gruesome material projected throughout each and every season. Each season portrays a new storyline and with the new story comes new characters. The question many ask: Is this show worth watching?

The fourth season, entitled American Horror Story: Freak Show, takes place in Jupiter, Florida in 1952. The season starts off with two sisters attached at the neck like Siamese twins. The sisters join a circus, run by Elsa Mars (Jessica Lange), accompanied by other creatures or “freaks.” Such a strange environment encourages the prevalence of murder and mystery throughout season four. From the first episode, many gruesome deaths take place.

Many viewers love watching American Horror Story because there are new twists around every corner. Another attraction to this show is actor Evan Peters; teenage girls enjoy watching him play different roles in every season. If you are a fan of horror movies and gory murder shows, American Horror Story is a great recommendation for you.

To answer the questions:  “Is American Horror Story really all it’s cracked out to be?” and “Is it worth watching?” the answer is yes. Although many uncomfortable subjects are covered through each season of American Horror Story, every second will leave viewers breathless and they will beg for more.
