Who is your role model and why?

“Although this sounds cheesy, I honestly look up to Jesus. My entire life, growing up in Catholic schools, I have been raised with Christian values, and Jesus represents everything I will ever aspire to be.” – Taylor Thompson ‘20

What do you want to be when you grow up?

“I would like to practice psychology in the subgroup of disorders present in adolescents. I feel very passionate about mental health and its importance to our whole society, including young adults.” -Maggie Kornfeind ‘21

What inspires you?

“My students inspire me. Y’all inspire me to work harder, to be a better teacher, and to be a better theologian. Oh and to be a better athlete too.” – Ms. Nguyen

If you could change something in the world, what would it be and why?

“This is a hard question. I think I want to change the way people see each other. I think if we could all see each other through a more compassionate lens and see the holiness in each other, we would be less angry and less mean to each other. And maybe my real wish would come true. Peace. I’m not so sure that would happen though.” – Ms. Dickey

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

“The sea of tranquility because I would weigh a lot less there.” – Mr. Berkowitz

What is your biggest struggle right now?

“My biggest challenge at Marymount is the larger homework load. It is more than I am used to but I believe I am getting the hang of it.” – Chiara Tesoriero ‘21
