Finals can be a time of immense stress, especially if you are a freshman. The most important thing to do during this time is stress relief. If you do not take time to wind down, you can easily burn out. Read this article for the perfect ways to relieve stress.

Sleep is essential when taking tests. It improves your brain’s performance and helps it store all the information you have been studying. Furthermore, sleep helps your mood and disease control.

2. Exercise

Exercise is vital when you are under a lot of stress. Going for a walk or run, stretching, yoga, or anything to get your body moving is important. This is especially important when you’re sitting at a desk all day.
