ROASTED SWEET POTATOES

Sweet potatoes are another healthy option for the holidays! They are extremely nutritious and include Vitamins A and B. To make this, cut the sweet potatoes into cubes, and then toss the potatoes into a bowl with salt, cinnamon, honey, and olive oil. Then place them on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes!

Green beans are an extremely delicious and healthy side for a holiday meal! They are low in calories and fat, and they contain no cholesterol. Green beans are extremely delicious on their own, but adding sea salt, garlic, and olive oil can make them extra tasty! This dish is very easy to prepare: pour the olive oil into a skillet, then add the green beans, salt, and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes, and then you’re good to eat them!
