Fall recipes are what make fall fall! I love the feeling of getting home on a cold winter day and taking a bite of that delicious fresh pumpkin pie or siping the new Starbucks pumpkin chai. Fall food is my favorite part of autum and I hope I can make it one of your favorite parts too. Here are some recipes that I really enjoy and recommend trying this fall!

Turkey Pumpkin Chili:

This is one of my favorite Chilis ever. I know the combination of pumpkin in a chili doesn’t sound the most appealing at first I promise you this recipe is amazing. It tastes like fall in a bowl. It contains turkey which is an excellent source of protein and bell pepper, onion, garlic cloves, and pumpkin puree which are all healthy and delicious! This chili tastes amazing served with tortilla chips and I highly recommend dipping the chips into the chili! This recipe definitely takes a lot longer to make than the other two but it’s definitely worth trying. My family makes this chili throughout September, October, and sometimes even November! Roasted Butternut Squash and Pomegranate Salad:

This may be the best fall salad I have ever tried. Since the recipe contains butternut squash and a pomegranate vinaigrette; It’s the perfect amount of sweet and tangy! I recommend adding figs to the salad if you want it to be sweeter! The pomegranate vinaigrette is the best I have ever tried! This salad is perfect for fall but it can also be made all year round. My family always makes this for Thanksgiving since it’s quick but tastes delicious! Also, the leftovers will be well for 2-3 days! You can find the link for this recipe at the top of this page!

The Great Pumpkin Pie:

If you were to only try one recipe from this article it should be this one. This pumpkin pie is my family’s favorite pie and I hope you enjoy it as well. The sugared cranberries and homemade pie crust really make the recipe! I also highly recommend serving it with whipped cream! If you wish to freeze the pie crust you can store it for up to 3 months and it will still taste just as amazing. This pumpkin pie is the perfect pie for Thanksgiving and is my favorite fall recipe!
