There are only a few weeks of school left! But that also comes with finals and AP Exams, which can quickly lead to burnout. As we work hard throughout these last days of school, it is also important to remember that mental health should be prioritized as well.
Here are some tips I have regarding dealing with mental health struggles during these last few weeks:

Acknowledge Your Feelings: Remember that stress is normal and that it is okay to feel overwhelmed at times. By talking it out with a friend or trusted adult. Or, taking some time for yourself, you can allow yourself to experience these emotions without judgment.
Maintain Healthy Habits: Remember to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day! I know it can be difficult to do this when we stay up studying, but this is so important. Also, make sure you are drinking a sufficient amount of water a day, as well as all three meals with snacks in between.

Prioritize Your Self-Care: This is so important because it helps you take some time for yourself to reconnect, relax, and recharge. This could be listening to music, spending time in nature, exercising, or engaging in a hobby.
By prioritizing the tips above, we can ensure a smoother transition into a well-deserved summer break, ready to recharge and return refreshed for whatever comes next. Hope this helped!
