This year’s Stagecoach had an abundance of country and rock music that brought back lots of nostalgia. Once again, Stagecoach is located in the hot and dusty Coachella desert, with thousands of people in attendance. This year’s Stagecoach might have been one of the most interesting years, due to an emergency evacuation. Because of extremely high winds on day two, everyone had to leave with their cowboy hats temporarily. However, this slight mishap didn’t stop the fun, and the festival kept running as normal for Sunday. The enjoyment of seeing everyone’s favorite country singers made Stagecoach 2026 an unforgettable festival.
HIGHLIGHT of Stagecoach 2026
Here are three highlights (or maybe even catastrophes) of Stagecoach 2026.
The first highlight is that Ella Langley surprised everyone by performing in a duet with Theo Von. Ella Langley had performed on Friday, delivering two amazing songs from her new album, Dandelion. From Dandelion, she sang “Broken” as well as “Bottom of Your Boots” to get the crowd hyped and excited. After this, Ella Langley sang her song, “I can’t love you anymore.” A huge surprise arose when podcaster Theo Von stood up and joined her for a duet. The pair singing together caused the crowd to erupt, with everyone singing to the chorus in a frenzy, freaking out over this duo. The duet made a mark on Stagecoach that will hopefully always be remembered. It was said to be something that would never be forgotten from Stagecoach 2026. Now, onto the catastrophe of Stagecoach this year, the intense sandstorm.

Catastrophes Never Stop Anyone
On Saturday, Day 2 of Stagecoach, there was a temporary evacuation due to high winds that were blowing everyone’s cowboy hats off their heads! Many were scared, but also very disappointed to have to temporarily leave. Although this temporary evacuation occurred, it didn’t stop headliner Lainey Wilson from bringing her entertaining live show on Saturday night. She was able to revive the crowd after the evacuation, despite her show having been delayed by almost two hours. She knew she had to focus on one thing for her fans–her music. She came out and sang her staple songs, such as “Hang Tight Honey” and “Heart Like a Truck.” She also had Riley Green come out with her as his set got cancelled due to the evacuation. Her vocals were on full display this year, and she has once again proven why she should be named entertainer of the year by the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association for her amazing performance, additionally proving why she has the headliner energy that Stagecoach wants and needs.

THE SINGER OF STAGECOACH 2026
To close out Sunday, Day 3 of Stagecoach, was Post Malone and his set, which has been said to be the highlight of Stagecoach 2026. His set was comprised of some of his biggest hits, such as “Circles,” and it also had his country hits. Post Malone came in with a surprise and welcomed Jake Worthington to help him sing and put a little extra on George Strait’s song, “Give it Away.” Malone’s set also had plenty of fireworks and an evident abundance of energy that you could feel throughout the whole crowd. To end his set and wrap up the evening, Shaboozey helped Post Malone by singing a version of “I Had Some Help” with him. Post Malone showed everyone his genuine love for the country genre through singing his top-streamed and favorite country hits. So many fans packed the front of his Main stage show, and they relished in singing along to not only Post Malone’s major hits but to country classics as well. As they always say, leave the best for last. Well, Stagecoach 2026 definitely did that, and Post Malone is now a country king after his grand performance.

Despite a dramatic wind evacuation on Saturday, Stagecoach 2026 proved to be an unforgettable, resilient festival that celebrated country music, delivered high-energy performances from Ella Langley and Lainey Wilson, and concluded with a show-stopping closing set on Sunday by Post Malone. The festival successfully blended nostalgic charm with chaotic, but memorable moments, ensuring its reputation as a premier, high-energy event.
