Let’s face it—Los Angeles is starting to get quite boring. Now do not get me wrong, I love my home city and all my friends and family in it, as well as all the memories I have in this city. On the other hand, however, I am sure you and I can agree that our day to day lives have become monotonous and dull, especially after a lengthy and tiring school year. Luckily for both you and me, summer is coming up. Pull out your best bikinis and gather up your best photos for the most gorgeous and stunning summer Instagram highlights. Even better, let’s get out of this town and head for a world tour. Typically, I would sigh at this idea, given the $23 and expired Brandy Melvillve credit I have in my savings, but in this universe, we have the ultimate spending budget. Gather up a few girlfriends, a suitcase, and get ready for the best summer of our lives!

- Miami, Florida
To start our summer world tour, we’re starting off not too crazy. In a parallel to Los Angeles, we find ourselves in the diverse and sunny city of Miami. First, let’s hit the crystal clear Miami beaches and stroll around the Miami Design District. Once we take a dip and immerse ourselves in the many art installations, we’ll need to fuel ourselves. At Sexy Fish, we can indulge in many Japanese dishes and take the most Instagram-worthy pictures. Before we call it a night, we’ll grab a sweet treat from Kith and then head to our chambers at the Grand Beach Hotel.
- Nassau, Bahamas

Once we take a brief hour-long flight, we’ll land in Nassau: Bahamas’ famous capital. As someone who has visited the Bahamas every summer since childhood, I insist on staying at the Atlantis Resort for the most fabulous trip. We’ll spend our days relaxing in the lazy river, splashing in the many pools, and flying down the countless waterslides. During the evening, we can pick a spot from the vast restaurant scene, anywhere ranging from José Andrés’ fancy restaurant known as Fish to the more casual Marina Pizzeria just a few feet away from the ocean and boat dock. After a delicious dinner, we can stop by the Crystal Court shops and grab a few souvenirs from Cartier, Saint Laurent, and Rolex of course. Remember, we have an unlimited budget so let’s go crazy, girls!

After reaching the southern hemisphere, we reach South Africa’s tourist destination: Cape Town. Cape Town is the perfect place for any adventure you could dream of. The city boasts many excursions such as kayaking, hiking, paragliding, and even bungee jumping. After indulging in quite a few adventures, we can jump on a safari and witness the wildlife in the mountainous region. Oh—we cannot also forget the huge markets!
