Senior Survey: Eggs?

What came first, the chicken or the egg? Well according to Science.org, “Eggs certainly came before chickens, but chicken eggs did not—you can’t have one without the other. However, if we absolutely had to pick a side, based on the evolutionary evidence, we’re on Team Egg.” And over this vast period of time, humanity has found quite a few ways to use an egg. Whether it be a face mask, leather cleaner, hair conditioner, fertilizer, or drain cleaner, the use of an egg goes on. HOWEVER, eggs are an absolute essential to cooking and have been since the dawn of time. Eggs can be cooked alone in a variety of ways, OR in addition to other foods (like chicken parm…yum). Either way, another Senior Survey has come around as I have asked my fellow student: “how they like their eggs prepared?”
