Try out Box Breathing!

Box breathing is a simple and quick way to calm yourself down, it can be done anywhere at any time. First you breathe in for four seconds. Next you hold your breath for four seconds. Then you breathe out for four seconds. Finally you hold your breath for four seconds. You may repeat these steps as many times as it takes to help you feel calmer. Box Breathing can be used before important tests, wherever you are feeling overwhelmed, and even to help you fall asleep.
Practice Mediation!
Meditation is a practice which fosters mental, environment and physical well-being. Some benefits to meditation are, improved emotional awareness, enchanted focus, better sleep, and relaxation.

Mediation can be as short as five minutes or as long as an hour. Do yourself a favor and practice meditation today!
Go on a walk!
Going on a walk is a simple but effective way to move your body along with benefiting your mind. It reduces stress, boosts creativity and significantly improves your mood by lowering cortisol and releasing endorphins. Going on walks daily improves cardiovascular fitness, and strengthens joints.
