Living caffeine free may sound like a joke, but in reality, using a few simple tricks can lead even the laziest and most exhausted people to achieve this seemingly impossible task. For most of us, drinking tea or coffee is routine, something that we consume on a regular basis. Unfortunately, that caffeinated beverage may not be the best thing for us. In fact, according to Health Line, caffeine can cause negative effects such as increased irritability and the “jitters”, and a temporary rise in blood pressure. According to AARP, caffeine is addictive, can increase anxiety, and can disrupt sleep patterns. Caffeine may not be looking so tasty anymore.

However, there is a way to “survive” without it. At first, it may be quite a difficulty, breaking the natural routine, but with persistence it can be achieved. The key to going without cafefine, according to Yast.com, is to sleep, to exercise, to eat well and to eat breakfast, and to stay hydrated. Afterall, staying energetic does not appear to be that hard. As long as one sleeps enough, exercise, eats good meals, and drinks enough water, we can all be naturally energized enough without caffeine!
